From August 1st, you will see a fresh look appear on the invoices you receive from us.
As an added security measure, you will no longer receive a PDF copy of your invoice attached to an email. Instead, you will receive an email from Ausmed that looks like this:
Please note:
If you would like a copy for your records, PDF invoices can be downloaded from within the Ausmed platform by navigating to Settings → Billing → Invoices.
Legacy Invoices (those issued prior to August 1st, 2025) are also available from the adjacent tab.
