Access the Impact Insights dashboard

Once Knowledge Verification has been activated, staff will begin receiving Knowledge Verification assessments alongside their normal training plan assignments.

To access the dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Learn > Plan > Knowledge Verification
  2. Select the Impact Insights tab
