Activate Knowledge Verification

By default, Knowledge Verification is disabled.

Steps

  1. Log in to the manager portal
  2. Select the Knowledge Verification tab
  3. Review the Pass Mark and Learning Outcomes settings
  4. Click Activate Knowledge Verification

Once enabled, Knowledge Verification SCORM downloads become available.

Download a Knowledge Verification SCORM file

Once activated, supported modules will include a Knowledge Verification SCORM download option.

Steps

  1. Go to Training Schedule
  2. Locate a module where HasKV = Yes
  3. Open the module menu
  4. Select Download Knowledge Verification SCORM
  5. Upload the downloaded SCORM package into your external LMS

Modules without Knowledge Verification enabled will not display this option.
