Everything you need to know about Your Additional Documents Library.
Your Additional Documents Library contains all your organisation's additional documents added to Ausmed and organised, so that you can easily find them when you need them. Additional documents, such as forms or reference materials, are .pdf files attached to one or more of your organisation's policies. Use this article to understand exactly what you are looking at when accessing Your Additional Documents Library.
Who does this article apply to?
- Users with access to Ausmed’s Policy Management System
- Users with organisation manager or team manager permissions.

Table Columns
Your organisation's documents are displayed in a table in Your Additional Documents Library, ordered by the date they were last updated.
The columns in this table include:
- Item Title - the name of the document.
- Item ID - a set of letters and/or numbers to uniquely identify the document.
- Status - the current state of the policy, which may be "draft" or "published."
- Date Updated - the date the document was last updated.
- Related Policies - the policies the document is tagged to.
- Related Standards - the standards the document is tagged to.
Tip: Click Download CSV to download the table into a CSV file.
Table Actions
The following actions can be taken from Your Additional Documents Library:
- Add an additional document
- Edit an additional document
- View an additional document
- Preview an additional document
- Copy link to share
- Delete an additional document.
