Learn how to preview a policy in My Organisation.
Once you have published or updated a policy, you can preview exactly what it looks like to your staff in My Organisation.
Who does this article apply to?
- Users with access to Ausmed’s Policy Management System.
- Users with organisation or team manager permissions.

Preview a policy in My Organisation
Steps
- Go to Policies in the top navigation bar of the manager portal, then go to Your Policy Library in the left sidebar menu.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Hover over the row of your chosen policy, click the drop-down menu
and click Preview. - Click on the title of your chosen policy, then in the upper right of the policy item details page click the drop-down menu and click Preview.
- Hover over the row of your chosen policy, click the drop-down menu
- Enter your Ausmed login details if you are not already logged in.
- View the policy.
Note: You can only preview published policies; you cannot preview draft or archived policies.
