Steps
- Go to Learning in the top navigation bar of the manager portal.
- From the left sidebar menu, click Plan, then click Training Plans.
- Click Create Training Plan in the upper right of the training plans page.
- Enter the training plan details:
- Title - enter the name of the plan.
- (Optional) Description - enter a few sentences to describe the training plan to other users in the manager portal.
- Select whether the training plan is mandatory or non-mandatory
- If selecting yes, choose whether the training plan should contribute to your user's compliance status
- If selecting no, skip to step 5.
- Click Create to finish.
Tip:
Mandatory means users must complete the assigned training within the training plan, when enrolled into the training plan
Optional means users have the choice whether or not to complete assigned training
Note: Once created, your training plan is saved as a draft. To automatically assign mandatory training, you'll still need to add at least one item to your plan, enrol users, and launch the plan to set it to active.
