Where can users view their training plans?

Users can view and complete training plans via the My Organisation tab in their Ausmed Learner Profile.


Always check that the user is looking for their training plan in the right place -




  • Ensure that there is learning currently assigned to the user

    If the user is successfully enrolled in a training plan, is looking at their My Organisation page, but still can’t see any learning, it may be because no learning is currently assigned or overdue in the current time period.

  • Ensure the user is actually enrolled in a training plan, and add them if you need to:
