Each time an Assessor assesses a Candidate's competence through Ausmed Assess — see How to assess a competency using Ausmed Assess — a series of events are triggered automatically depending on whether the outcome is Competent or Not Yet Competent:

| A competency outcome record is created in Ausmed Competency™ evidencing that the assessment took place | ✅ | ✅ |
