Keeping track of competency assessment template versions ensures you are using the most up-to-date templates in your organisation. This guide explains how to check the version history of assessments and review your download history in the manager portal.

1. Understanding Versioning

Competency assessment templates are updated periodically to reflect regulatory changes, best practices, and industry standards.

Each assessment includes:

  • Version Number – Indicates the latest version of the template (e.g., v1.0, v2.1).
  • Last Updated Date – Shows when the template was last modified.

📌 Tip: Always check the latest template version before using an assessment to ensure compliance.

2. Viewing Download History

To track which assessments you or someone in your organisation has previously downloaded:

  1. Click Competency in the top navigation bar of the manager portal. This will open the Assessment Templates page.
  2. Click Downloaded to open a list of all competency assessment templates ever downloaded by anyone in your organisation.
  3. Hover over the competency in the downloaded list and click View History to inspect all past downloads:
  4. Review the following details:
    • Competency – The name of the competency assessment downloaded.
    • Downloaded Version – The version of the assessment that was downloaded.
    • Downloaded By – The user who downloaded the file from the manager portal.
    • File Downloaded – Indicates whether the Candidate Copy or Assessor Copy was downloaded.
      • Assessor Copy – Used by assessors to evaluate a candidate’s competency.
      • Candidate Copy – Provided to the candidate to guide them in preparing for their assessment.
    • Download Date – The date when the file was downloaded.
