# Using the Facilitator App

## Learn how to log in to the Facilitator App, switch between organisations, and mark attendance for an Event.

**Who this article is for:**

- Users with access to Ausmed Events™
- Users with access to Facilitator App™

 **Logging in**

1. Open the Facilitator App via a link sent to you in your email address.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Depending on the type of facilitator you are, your login method may change 
     1. For internal facilitators - you can use your Ausmed Login
     2. For external facilitators - you can enter your email and you'll get a verification code
4. If you also are an Assessor for the Ausmed Competency™ product, you'll need to select **Facilitator** on the next screen
5. If you are part of multiple Organisations you'll also need to select the correct Organisation
6. Otherwise once logged in, you'll land straight on the Facilitator dashboard

**Switching organisations**

If you're a facilitator for more than one organisation, you can switch between them from within the app rather than logging in separately for each one.

**Marking attendance**

From the Facilitator App, you can view the details of Events you're assigned to both on the day and in the future

1. Tap on an event that you want to view
2. You'll be able to view  
     1. Event Details
     2. Agenda
     3. Resources
     4. Enrolment List
     5. Mark Attendance

During the Event — from just before it starts through to when it ends — you can mark each attendee present. 

1. Click on Mark Attendance
2. Check of your attended users and click Save or Continue

3. If you click Continue, click Confirm Attendance to submit the Attendance for the Event

**After the Event ends**

Once an Event has ended, attendance is locked and can no longer be changed from the Facilitator App. If a correction is needed after that point, it has to be made by an organisation manager or admin.
