# User Profiles, Simplified: New Side Nav & Product Groups | 18th August 2025

## We’ve refreshed the User Profile pages with a small UI update to make navigation clearer and more consistent across Ausmed.

#### What has changed:

- **Navigation has moved from a top bar to a left sidebar.**  
  This makes it easier to scan sections and leaves room for future features.

- **Tabs are now grouped by product area**:
  
    - **Learning**
    - **Policies**
    - **Perform**
- This table will help you understand how we've grouped features

  #### Why we made this change
  
    - Consistency with the rest of the platform’s layout.
    - Faster wayfinding by grouping content by **Learning**, **Policies**, and **Perform**.
    - Better scalability for upcoming features in each product area.
