How to update your organisation's notification settings.

How to update your organisation's notification settings

Note: Only users with organisation manager permissions can update notification settings; other users cannot view or manage these settings

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings ⚙️ section in the top menu bar of the manager portal.
  2. Click on Notifications from the left-hand-side menu bar. 
  3. Set your organisation's notification preferences by enabling or disabling each option: 
    1. App Alerts (Beta)
      1. This organisation-wide setting allows managers to send instant app alerts, or ‘push notifications’, alongside email reminders to notify staff about their mandatory requirements. Click here for more information. 
    2. Learning Requirement Reminders
      1. These reminders are emailed to users when requirements are automatically assigned via Ausmed's Learning Management System. For more details and examples, refer to the "Automatic Mandatory Training Reminders" section here.
    3. Performance Review Reminders
      1. These reminders are emailed to users when performance tasks are assigned via Ausmed's Performance Management System. You can enable or disable reminders for the following timeframes: 
          • Newly open: Alerts users when new tasks are assigned.
          • Due in 7 days: Sends reminders for tasks due within the next 7 days.
          • Due tomorrow: Notifies users the day before tasks are due.
          • Overdue: Notifies users the day after tasks are due.
