This report will show you acknowledgement progress and records for each policy in your Policy Library.
Who does this article apply to?
- Users whose organisation has purchased access to Ausmed's Policy Management System
- Users with organisation manager permissions.
In order to access the Policy Report by Policies
- Login to the Ausmed LMS
- Click on 'Policies' in the top menu
- On the left hand side menu click 'Reporting' and then 'Reports'
- Click on the Report by Policies button
- You will be then taken to the report page, where you'll be able to set parameters as you see fit.
Once you've set your parameters (or left it as the default settings) click Run Report
- A report will be generated per Policy in your system detailing the Total Acknowledgements, Acknowledged and Unacknowledged.
- Click on the number of policies on the right hand side to view which policies belong to that Standard.
