Automated task reminders for staff

Staff are automatically sent email reminders based on the due date of their assigned performance tasks. These reminders are sent only if your organisation has email notifications enabled.  👉 Learn how to manage notifications in Ausmed Perform™ →

  • Task opened: Sent the day after a task becomes available in My Organisation

  • Task due in 7 days: Early reminder to prepare for completion

  • Task due tomorrow: Final reminder before the due date

  • Task overdue: Sent after the due date if the task is still incomplete

Manual reminders

Users with permission to view a staff member’s tasks can send email reminders for specific performance tasks via the manager portal.

  • The reminder includes the task name and due date

  • This is useful when following up outside the standard reminder schedule.

Comments and feedback notifications

Staff receive an email notification when comments or feedback are added to their user profile. This includes:

  • Logging performance feedback

  • Adding notes to a 1:1 meeting when marking it as complete

  • Reviewing a self-assessment and including comments

✉️ Notifications are not sent if no notes or comments are included.

Self-assessment ready for review

When a staff member submits a self-assessment for review, their Direct Manager is notified by email:

  • The email includes the task title and the staff member’s name

  • Managers can click directly into the system to complete their review.
