Notifications sent to candidates
Candidates are sent an email notification as soon as an outcome is recorded for their competency assessment. This applies to both outcomes:
- Competent — the candidate has met the requirements of the assessment
- Not Yet Competent — the candidate has not yet met the requirements, and further action may be needed
Notifications sent to administrators
You can update your organisation's notification settings to email a specific recipient whenever a candidate is assessed as Not Yet Competent by an Assessor.
Choose to notify the candidate's Team Manager, Location Manager, Direct Manager, or a specific person in your organisation.
