Notifications for candidates

1. Competency outcome recorded

Candidates are sent an email notification as soon as an outcome is recorded for their competency assessment.

This applies to both outcomes:

  • Competent — the candidate has met the requirements of the assessment

Competency-Outcome-Email-Competent

  • Not Yet Competent — the candidate has not yet met the requirements, and further action may be needed

Competency-Outcome-Email-Not-Yet-Competent

The notification is sent regardless of the outcome, so candidates always know where they stand as soon as a result is available — rather than needing to check Ausmed themselves or wait to hear from their manager.
