Perform Compliant Users
This section includes two charts:
- Percentage Compliant Users shows the percentage of active users who are compliant — meaning they have no overdue performance tasks.
- You can hover over the percentage to see a detailed breakdown.
- You can hover over the percentage to see a detailed breakdown.
- Perform Compliance by Group displays compliance rates by Reporting Line, Team, Job Role, or Location.
- You can sort the results from High to Low or Low to High to easily see which groups are the most or least compliant.
- Also use the “By” grouping filter to change how the data is displayed e.g. “By Reporting Line.”
Tips:
- At the top of the dashboard, use the buttons “Only Show My Reports” or “Show Whole Organisation” to switch between viewing your reports or the entire organisation.
To save a copy of the charts, click the download button in the corner of each chart.
Perform Completion Rates
This section gives you visibility into all performance-related tasks during a selected time period. Tasks are categorised by status to help you quickly assess progress and identify where action is needed:
- Completed – Tasks that the staff member and the manager have finished.
- Open for Staff – Tasks that are ready for the staff member to complete.
- Open for Manager – Tasks that are ready for the manager to complete (e.g. reviewing a self-assessment or conducting a meeting).
- Overdue for Staff – Tasks assigned to staff that have passed their due date and have not been completed.
- Overdue for Manager – Tasks assigned to managers that have passed their due date and remain incomplete.
Note: You can filter tasks by time period — this month, last month, next 30 days, this quarter, or last quarter.
You can also break this data down by:
- Reporting line (manager)
- Team
- Location
Tips:
- Click the Due this month dropdown to change the reporting period.
- Click the download button to export the chart.
Perform Completion by Group
- This bar chart shows the task completion rate for each group, which can be displayed by Reporting Line, Team, Job Role, or Location.
- Each colored segment in the bar represents the proportion of tasks in each status within the selected group.
Tips:
- Sort the groups from High to Low or Low to High to easily identify which groups are performing well or falling behind.
- Use the “By” dropdown (e.g. By Reporting Line) to change how data is grouped.
- To view more detailed task progress information, click the Go to Progress link at the bottom of the donut chart.
- Click the download button to export the chart.
Non-Compliant Users
This section lists all users who currently have one or more overdue tasks. You’ll see:
- The user's name
- Their Manager
- The actions required
This is particularly useful for taking targeted action. If you are a Team Manager, you will only see users within your assigned Teams.
Tips
- Compliant means no overdue tasks, not necessarily that all tasks are complete.
- Use filters to toggle between teams, locations, and reporting lines for more specific insights.
