Permission types determine what people can see and do in Ausmed for Organisations. There are administrative permission types, such as “organisation manager” and “team manager”, designed for users responsible for administrative tasks and management, as well as a non-administrative “learner” permission type for users who just need to use My Organisation.
Permission types in Ausmed for Organisations
Listed below are the permission types available in Ausmed for Organisations:
Organisation manager
- Organisation managers have access to the manager and My Organisation portals. All organisation managers have the same level of access.
Team manager
- Team managers also have access to the manager and My Organisation portals. Team manager access is based on the teams a user manages.
Learner
- Learners can’t access the manager portal. They can only access the My Organisation portal.
