An update on current speed and performance improvements.
Waiting for pages to load can be frustrating, especially when you're busy and time poor. With this in mind, we've improved the loading speed of the learning dashboard, compliance workroom and training plans in the Learning Management System, where bottlenecks were identified for larger organisations with more than 1000 staff.
A trade-off of these improvements is that you can no longer filter on some table columns in the overdue and missed tabs of your training plans. To get around this, click Download CSV to open the table data in a tool like Excel, where you can sort and filter. Alternatively, view the overdue and missed requirements training plans in the Compliance Workroom, which has filtering and sorting capabilities.
We've also put some extra measures in place to monitor the speed and performance of our products, so we can identify and fix any further bottlenecks if and when they arise.
