You can now share snapshots of your Learning Reports with colleagues directly through the Manager Portal. ### What you can do today - **Share via link** – Generate a link to a report snapshot and share it with other managers. - **Control access** – Choose between *Open* (any manager with the link) or *Restricted* (specific managers only). - **Set expiry dates** – Links automatically expire after 7 days, or you can set a custom expiry. - **Manage shared reports** – View and manage all your active or expired shared reports in one place. ### Limitations in this first version - Shared reports are **static snapshots** – they won’t update if the source data changes. - **Formatting may differ** slightly (e.g. icons or column order). - No email notifications yet – links need to be copied and shared manually. - Recipients must be **logged in as managers** to view shared reports. ### What’s next We’re already working on improvements, including: - **Email notifications and in-platform sharing**. - Better formatting and consistency in snapshots.
