This article explains how to manually send reminders to users about their compliance requirements via the Compliance Calendar, the Compliance Workroom, a user's transcript, or within a training plan.

Send reminders via the Compliance Calendar
Steps
- From the top navigation bar in the manager portal, go to Learning.
- From the left-hand-side menu bar, go to Manage, then to Calendar.
- Click on the Day button in the top middle of the calendar interface.
- Click on the current date button and use the data picker to select the date you would like to send reminders for.
- Locate and select the requirements you would like to send reminders for in the Overdue or Open tabs:
- Click the Send Reminders button:
- Click Send Reminders to confirm:
Send reminders via the Workroom
Steps

From the top navigation bar in the manager portal, go to Learning.

From the left-hand-side menu bar, go to Manage, then to Workroom.

Locate the requirements you would like to send reminders for in either the Overdue or Open sections.

Select the checkbox next to the requirements you would like to send reminders for:

If you would like to send reminders for all requirements, click Select all x requirements, where x is the number of requirements.

If you would like to deselect the requirements and start afresh, click Clear all selections.

Click the Send Reminders button.

Click Send Reminders to confirm.
Send reminders via a user's profile
Steps

Find the user who you would like to remind about their requirements.

Click on the Requirement Status tab of the user's transcript, and navigate to their compliance records:

Locate the requirements you would like to send reminders for in either the Overdue or Open status.

Select the 3 dots to the requirements you would like to send reminders for:

Click the Send Reminders button.

Click Send Reminders to confirm.
Send reminders via training plans
Steps
- From the top navigation bar in the manager portal, go to Learning.
- From the left-hand-side menu bar, go to Plan and then Training Plans.
- From the Active tab, click on the name of the training plan containing the requirements you would like to send reminders for:
- Navigate to the Planner section in your selected training plan, and click on one of the Users, Job Role, Team, Item or Overdue tabs.
- Hover over any row in the table, then click on the three dots in the Actions column and click View Requirements.
Note: If the View Requirements button is missing, this means there are no requirements to display.
- Hover over the requirement you would like to send a reminder for, and click on the three dots menu drop-down, then click Send Reminder.
- Click Send Reminder to confirm:
