[Improved ⬆️](https://knowledge.organisations.ausmed.com.au/en/knowledge/release-notes?hsLang=en#improved-%EF%B8%8F) # Seamlessly access Ausmed using SSO | 14 Oct 2025 ## Enabling faster, simpler access to Ausmed with Single Sign-On Staff can now log in to the Ausmed website [ausmed.com.au](http://ausmed.com.au)using your organisation’s Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials — no extra passwords needed. This makes access faster, reduces password-related support, and aligns with your organisation’s security protocols. When staff enter their username or email to log into ausmed.com.au: - If their account is linked to an SSO-enabled organisation, they’re redirected to your organisation’s login screen. - If they belong to more than one organisation, they choose which one to log in with. - If SSO is not enabled, the standard login via password applies. **Note:**  - This update applies to the **Ausmed website** only — SSO is **not currently supported in the Ausmed App**. - No changes are required to existing organisation settings — SSO routing works automatically for SSO-enabled organisations.
