Seamlessly access Ausmed using SSO | 14 Oct 2025

Staff can now log in to the Ausmed website ausmed.com.au using your organisation’s Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials — no extra passwords needed.

This makes access faster, reduces password-related support, and aligns with your organisation’s security protocols.

When staff enter their username or email to log into ausmed.com.au:

• If their account is linked to an SSO-enabled organisation, they’re redirected to your organisation’s login screen.
• If they belong to more than one organisation, they choose which one to log in with.
• If SSO is not enabled, the standard login via password applies.

Note: 

• This update applies to the Ausmed website only — SSO is not currently supported in the Ausmed App.
• No changes are required to existing organisation settings — SSO routing works automatically for SSO-enabled organisations.
