We've made some exciting new changes to the Policies product as well as adding some new management tools to help keep you on top of your Policies!
Who does this article apply to?
- Users with access to Ausmed's Learning Management System
We're excited to release some new changes to the Policies section within the Ausmed LMS.
The first change you will see is on the left hand side navigation menu - we've updated to that it reflects: Plan, Manage and Report
This change reflects parity with the Learning section in which we've grouped certain feature sets to reflect the action being taken by a manager.
You'll find tools used for planning such as the Policy Library in the Plan section
And tools to manage such as Policy Reviews in Manage section.
Feel free to explore a range of other dashboards and reports under each section in the LMS!
We've also added 3 new policy management features to the system that will allow you to understand and action your data quicker and more accurately:
Policy Management
This feature will allow you to see the acknowledgement rate of each policy in the system - as well as which users have acknowledged or not acknowledged each policy.
User Compliance
This table allows you to view a list of non-compliant users, compliant users or all users pertaining to policy acknowledgement.
You can take quick action here by sending our individual reminders or bulk reminders for users to acknowledge any unacknowledged policies.
Policy Review
Quickly view which Policies are coming up for review or which Policies are past the review date.
You will be able to action reviews straight from this table to ensure all Policies are up to date.
