Evidence Upload Feature Updated to support File Upload
We’ve enhanced the Learning Records section of the LMS to make managing and demonstrating evidence even easier.
What’s New

Upload Evidence Files: Previously, managers could only attach links when adding evidence. Now, you can directly upload files (e.g., PDFs, Word documents, images) as supporting evidence.
- You'll also be able to add a file when marking as complete

Improved Reporting: Uploaded evidence will appear alongside existing notes and links, ensuring a more complete record when running reports.

Consistency Across Products: This feature, already available in Perform, has now been extended into the LMS for greater alignment across the platform.
Why This Matters
We know that not all evidence is available online as a link. With this update, managers and learners can store physical or digital records securely in the LMS, making compliance tracking and record-keeping more comprehensive and reliable.
