Manually Assign Perform Activities
Assign individual Perform activities or entire programs to users
- Users with access to Ausmed Perform
- Users with Organisation or Team Manager permissions.
This article explains how to manually assign Perform activities to user. You can assign either a single activity or an entire program, then choose who should receive it using users, teams, locations, or job roles.
Steps
- Before you begin, ensure you enable Manual Assign on the activities you want to be able to manually assign.
- You can do this by going to the Activity page
- Clicking edit
- Turning on the manual assignment toggle

- Go to Perform in the top navigation bar.
- Select My Tasks.
- Click Assign.

- Select Perform.
- Choose whether you want to assign:
- An Activity to assign a single Perform activity.

- A Program to assign every activity within the selected program.

- An Activity to assign a single Perform activity.
- Select the activity or program you want to assign.
- Enter the required dates. Depending on the activity type, you'll be asked to enter one or more of the following:
- Open Date
- Staff Due Date
- Manager Due Date
- Select who you want to assign the activity or program to. You can assign it to any combination of:
- Individual users
- Teams
- Locations
- Job roles
- Click Next.
- Review the assignment summary.
- Click Assign to complete the assignment.
What happens next?
The selected users will receive the assigned Perform activity or, if you selected a program, every activity within that program. Each activity will use the dates you specified during the assignment process.
Tips
- Assigning a Program automatically assigns all activities contained within it, saving you from assigning each activity individually.
- The dates you need to enter depend on the type of Perform activity you are assigning.
- Review the summary before selecting Assign to confirm you've selected the correct activity, recipients, and dates.
