Manual Assignment for Perform Activities and Programs
Organisation Managers and Team Managers can now manually assign individual Perform activities or entire Perform programs directly from the My Tasks page.
Previously, activities needed to be assigned individually. Now, you can assign a complete program in a single action, making it faster to distribute workplace learning, assessments and other Perform activities at scale.
When creating an assignment, you can set the relevant dates for the selected activity type and assign work to individual staff members or larger groups, including teams, locations and job roles, from one streamlined workflow.
Activities must first be enabled for manual assignment in their activity settings, and staff are automatically notified when an assignment is created.
