Legacy Customer Billing Guide
This guide is for organisations on older Ausmed subscription plans that were created before 2024. These legacy contracts may differ from current billing models and are typically managed manually by our Finance and Customer Success teams.

User rate |
The cost per user based on the agreed upon contract with Ausmed. Bills are typically (max usage in a month X user rate) = $ amount. |

We understand payments can occasionally be delayed. If that happens, we’ll gently follow up based on your payment method:
