Knowledge Verification updates in the Payroll Report
Knowledge Verification activity now appears as a separate column in the Payroll Report.
The new column:
- Time Spent on Knowledge Verification
This shows how long a user spent completing a Knowledge Verification assessment.
Understand report records
The report displays different record types depending on the assessment outcome.
| Record Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Knowledge Verified | The user passed the Knowledge Verification assessment |
| User Completed | The user completed the full module |
Knowledge Verified records
If a user passes Knowledge Verification:
- The module duration will display as a dash (-)
- Time spent on Knowledge Verification will display separately
This indicates the user verified their knowledge without completing the full module.
User Completed records with Knowledge Verification time
If a user fails Knowledge Verification:
- Time spent on Knowledge Verification is still recorded
- The user must then complete the full module
In this case:
- Both assessment time and module completion time contribute to the total learning time
Review total learning time
In the By User view, the Total Learning Minutes column now includes:
- Time spent completing modules
- Time spent completing Knowledge Verification assessments
This provides a combined total of all learning-related activity.
