Knowledge Verification updates in the Payroll Report

Knowledge Verification activity now appears as a separate column in the Payroll Report.

The new column:

  • Time Spent on Knowledge Verification

This shows how long a user spent completing a Knowledge Verification assessment.

Understand report records

The report displays different record types depending on the assessment outcome.

Record Type Meaning
Knowledge Verified The user passed the Knowledge Verification assessment
User Completed The user completed the full module

Knowledge Verified records

If a user passes Knowledge Verification:

  • The module duration will display as a dash (-)
  • Time spent on Knowledge Verification will display separately

This indicates the user verified their knowledge without completing the full module.

User Completed records with Knowledge Verification time

If a user fails Knowledge Verification:

  • Time spent on Knowledge Verification is still recorded
  • The user must then complete the full module

In this case:

  • Both assessment time and module completion time contribute to the total learning time

Review total learning time

In the By User view, the Total Learning Minutes column now includes:

  • Time spent completing modules
  • Time spent completing Knowledge Verification assessments

This provides a combined total of all learning-related activity.
