To simplify how you can report on your learning requirements we are introducing the Requirement State Report.
Who does this article apply to?
- Users with access to Ausmed's Learning Management System
The Requirement State Report is part of our continuous improvement to the logic powering Ausmed.
This upgrade allows you to report if a requirement was met or unmet on any given day.
To run a Requirement State Report, simply select:
- The day
- The user, team or location
- The training plan or item
Ausmed will then return all related requirements and the new logic will determine if a requirement is:
- Met - there is a learning record to satisfy the requirement rules.
- Unmet - there is no learning record to satisfy the requirement rules
- New - the user is completing the requirement for the first time
- Waived - the manager has ’skipped’ the requirement for the user.
- Extended - the manager has extended the user’s requirement
The Requirement State Report can be accessed in the Reporting tab in the LMS under Requirement Records.
