You'll now be able to assign policies again to individual users as long as they've been assigned the policy in the past. **Who does this article apply to?**  - Users with [access to Ausmed's Policy Management System](https://knowledge.organisations.ausmed.com.au/en/knowledge/access-the-policy-management-system?hsLang=en) - Users with organisation manager [permissions](https://knowledge.organisations.ausmed.com.au/en/knowledge/understand-permissions?hsLang=en) --- We've improved the way you can assign Policies in the LMS. Up until this current point, Organisation Managers could only assign policies to job roles as a whole. However we have now added the ability for Organisation Managers to assign policies to individual users again that have been assigned the policy before.
