Improvements to Policy Assignment | 16 March 2023

We've made some improvements to the way you can assign Policies. You'll now be able to assign policies again to individual users as long as they've been assigned the policy in the past.

Who does this article apply to? 


We've improved the way you can assign Policies in the LMS.

Up until this current point, Organisation Managers could only assign policies to job roles as a whole. However we have now added the ability for Organisation Managers to assign policies to individual users again that have been assigned the policy before.

To access this function, simply go to policy that you wish to manually assign in Your Policy Library and click Reassign:


After this, simply follow the prompts in order to assign the policy again to the selected users.


Users will be notified via email that they will need to acknowledge the policy again.
