We've added a new feature that will allow you to add an Organisational Structure to further enhance reporting capability and visualisation of your Organisation!

We're excited to introduce Structure to the Ausmed LMS!
Previously, Organisations have had to use the existing parent and child team functions in order to separate staff into different facilities / locations (if this is how the Organisation wanted to structure themselves in the LMS)
With the new Structure feature, Organisations will now be able to more accurately structure their Organisation within the Ausmed LMS and be able to report more efficiently.
Organisations can now structure themselves via:
- Group
- Region
- Sub-Region
- Facility
Staff can then be assigned to the lowest level location (and in turn be assigned to all parent locations above).
Structures have also been added to all report filtering; so Organisation Managers will not only be able to report on the standard team and job role set up but also dive deeper into their analytics if they have set up Structures as well.
You'll be able to access the new Structures feature via logging into the LMS and going to Organisation > Administration > Manage Structure
