We've improved the way you can bulk add users into the system. You can now choose between using the Ausmed generated template spreadsheet or use your own custom built spreadsheet to bulk upload users into the system.

We've made improvements to the way you bulk upload users into the system
Up until now, Organisation Managers have had to use an Ausmed specific template with rigid data formatting requirements in order to bulk upload users into the system.
In some instances, especially when dealing with many users - lots of time was being lost fixing, understanding and amending the data quality issues.
However as of today, we have improved the bulk user upload functionality to include an option for Organisations Managers to upload their own spreadsheets; and simply map the columns to the minimum required columns in Ausmed.
You can access the new bulk user upload workflow in the Administration tab and navigating to Manage Users. From here click Add Users and then Upload Multiple Users. Once you have done that, click 'I have my own CSV file' to begin the new workflow.
