How to use the Requirement State Report

This article will show you how to use the new Requirement State Report in the Ausmed LMS

Who does this article apply to?



In order to access and use the new Requirement State Report

  1. Login to the Ausmed LMS
  2. Click Report on the left hand side menu
  3. Click on Requirement Records

  4. Select the All Requirement States Report

  5. Input the parameters you want for your Report

    By selecting:
    1. The day
    2. The user, team or location
    3. The training plan or item
    Then click Run Report

  6. Your report will now be generated
  7. The report will allow to quickly see if a requirement has been met or unmet on any given day and the new logic will determine if a requirement is:
    1. Met - there is a learning record to satisfy the requirement rules. 
    2. Unmet - there is no learning record to satisfy the requirement rules
    3. New - the user is completing the requirement for the first time
    4. Waived - the manager has ’skipped’ the requirement for the user. 
    5. Extended - the manager has extended the user’s requirement
  8. You'll be able to view the Requirement States via different aggregations by clicking on the different tabs in the Report:
    1. State: see all Requirement States by Requirement
    2. Training Plan: see all Requirement States by Training Plan
    3. User: see all Requirement States by User
    4. Item: see all Requirement States by Items
  9. To view the Requirement details further - simply click View Current Requirement Details by hovering your mouse over the Requirement
  10. A side panel will open up where you'll be able to view the Requirement Details in more depth.
  11. To view all associated learning assignments for a particular Requirement - click View All Assigns button from the side panel
