This article will show you how to use the new Requirement State Report in the Ausmed LMS
Who does this article apply to?
- Users with access to Ausmed's Learning Management System
In order to access and use the new Requirement State Report
- Login to the Ausmed LMS
- Click Report on the left hand side menu
- Click on Requirement Records
- Select the All Requirement States Report
- Input the parameters you want for your Report
By selecting:
- The day
- The user, team or location
- The training plan or item
- Your report will now be generated
- The report will allow to quickly see if a requirement has been met or unmet on any given day and the new logic will determine if a requirement is:
- Met - there is a learning record to satisfy the requirement rules.
- Unmet - there is no learning record to satisfy the requirement rules
- New - the user is completing the requirement for the first time
- Waived - the manager has ’skipped’ the requirement for the user.
- Extended - the manager has extended the user’s requirement
- You'll be able to view the Requirement States via different aggregations by clicking on the different tabs in the Report:
- State: see all Requirement States by Requirement
- Training Plan: see all Requirement States by Training Plan
- User: see all Requirement States by User
- Item: see all Requirement States by Items
- To view the Requirement details further - simply click View Current Requirement Details by hovering your mouse over the Requirement
- A side panel will open up where you'll be able to view the Requirement Details in more depth.
- To view all associated learning assignments for a particular Requirement - click View All Assigns button from the side panel
