How to use Saved Filters in the Ausmed LMS
This will show you how you can used the Saved Filters feature in the Ausmed LMS
Who does this article apply to?
- Users with access to Ausmed's Learning Management System
Saved Filters allows you to save the parameters of a Management Tool or Report - so that you can quickly recall it, without needing to re-input the parameters again when accessing the data.
In order to create a Saved Filter you will need to:
- Login to the Ausmed LMS
- Saved Filters can be accessed on both the Learning Manage Tools / Reports as well as the Policies Manage Tools / Reports
- To save a Saved Filter on a Report - simply navigate to Report on the left hand side menu
- Select a Report you wish to create a Saved Filter for
- Input the parameters you want include in the Saved Filter
Then click Save Filter - A modal will pop up for you to input a name for the Saved Filter - type in an appropriate name and click Save
- Congratulations! You've just saved your first Saved Filter!
- You can use the same instructions above for Management Tools - the only difference is, you access these tools via the Manage tab instead.
In order to view all your Saved Filters - you'll need to access the Saved Filters Dashboard.
Here - you'll be able to view, edit or delete your filters.
To access the Save Filters Dashboard
- Navigate to Saved Filters on the left hand side menu - you'll only see this button on the Manage and Report tabs.
- Here you'll be able to see all your Saved Filters
- The tabs along the top will show you your Saved Filters based on their relevant grouping.
All: Shows you all Saved Filters
Learning Management Tools: shows you filters from your Manage section
Learning Reports: shows you filters from your Learning Reports section
Policy Management Tools: shows you filters from your Policy Manage section
Policy Reports: shows you filters from your Policy Reports section - To open your Filter, edit the Title of your Filter or Delete your Filter - hover your mouse over the Filter you wish to take action for, and click the 3 dots
- Click the appropriate action button to Open, Edit or Delete your Filter
