These templates include review questions, structured activities (like annual and probation reviews), and full program templates, helping teams streamline their performance management workflows and ensure consistency across the board. **Who does this article apply to?** - Users with access to Ausmed's [Learning Management System](https://knowledge.organisations.ausmed.com.au/en/knowledge/access-ausmeds-learning-management-system?hsLang=en) - Users with organisation or team manager [permissions](https://knowledge.organisations.ausmed.com.au/en/knowledge/understand-permissions?hsLang=en). ### What content templates are available? Ausmed Perform now includes managed content for: - **Question Bank** – pre-written performance questions - **Activity Templates** – structured meeting templates (e.g., probation or annual review) - **Program Templates** – full performance Programs This library will expand over time based on feedback. --- ### How to use the Question Bank 1. Select a template: 4. The selected activity includes a structured meeting guide and pre-loaded questions. 5. You can edit the activity content or use it as-is. --- ### How to use Program Templates **Note**: "Programs" have replaced "Cycles". 1. Click **Use Template** to add it as a draft. 4. You can: - Adjust the schedule (e.g., change the review period) - Edit the content as needed 5. Once ready, click **Publish**. 6. Enrol users to begin using the program. --- ### Tips and feedback - Templates help ensure consistency in how reviews are conducted. - Managers can edit and customise templates to suit their team’s needs. -
