How to unenrol users from training plans
Consider the consequences of unenrolling a user from a training plan before you proceed:
- Requirements will no longer be scheduled for this user.
- All of this user’s compliance records for this plan will be permanently deleted, but all their associated learning records will remain intact.
- This user will be removed from all reports for this plan.

- Users with access to Ausmed's Learning Management System.
- Users with organisation manager permissions.

How to unenrol users from training plans
Watch this video or follow the steps below to unenrol users from training plans.
Steps
- Locate the training plan either by searching for it in the top search bar, or by following steps a to d:
- Go to Learning in the top navigation bar of the manager portal.
- From the left sidebar menu, go to Plan, then select the Training Plans menu item.
- Locate the training plan you would like to unenrol users from, and click on either the title of the plan or the View Training Plan button in the Actions column.
- Note: When locating the training plan, check through both the draft and active tabs of the training plan homepage.
- Go to the Planner table of the training plan, then click on the User tab.
- Next, locate and hover over the row of the user you would like to unenrol, then click the drop-down menu and click Unenrol.
- Click Unenrol to confirm the selection.
