How to run an Activity Report
Track responses, monitor engagement, and drill into the detail of responses to activities
This article explains how to view and interpret an Activity Report in Ausmed Perform. You'll learn how to apply filters, access summary data, and explore individual responses—all from the Reports tab.

Users with Organisation Manager or Team Manager permissions in Ausmed Perform.

Anyone reviewing staff participation or engagement in performance activities.
In this article:
Access the Activity Report
To view an activity report:

Go to Perform in the top navigation bar of the manager portal.

Select Reports in the left navigation.
-
Click on Activity to open the Activity Report section.
Choose Your Filters
Before running the report, you'll need to apply filters to narrow down your data:

Category – Choose from performance, probation, induction, or other program types.

Account Status – Filter by Active, Invited, or Deactivated users.

Category Type – Further specify if the activity relates to general performance, reflection, or manager meetings.

Activity Type – Choose between meeting agendas, forms, or self-assessments.

Specific Activity – Select the exact activity you want to report on.

Activity Status – Filter by Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.

Cycle – Select the relevant performance or onboarding cycle.

Timeframe – Apply a date range to focus the report.
Once your filters are set, click Run Report.
View Summary and Detailed Responses
After running the report, you’ll see:

Summary View – A snapshot of how many responses have been submitted, skipped, or remain incomplete.

Detailed Responses – Click into each row to view the individual responses from staff.

Table View – Toggle to a table layout to sort and compare completion status, dates, and other data points across participants.
You can use this report to:

See an overview of all responses to a given activity.

Drill into specific individual submissions to understand staff input in more depth.

Identify trends over time or across teams.

Export the report as a CSV or PDF to share with internal stakeholders or auditors.
Tips

Zoom into the detail: From the table view, clicking on a row allows you to see the complete submission, including all answers.

Use filters to refine quickly: If you’re not seeing what you expect, check your filters—especially account status and cycle.
