How to Run a Perform Task Report

Learn how to run a Perform Task Report to track task completion across individuals, teams, locations, and more.

The Perform Task Report is one of four reporting tools available in Ausmed Perform. It allows you to see all completed, open, or overdue performance tasks—such as meetings and self-assessments—within any selected timeframe or review cycle. This report is essential for managing performance workflows and presenting outcomes to auditors, stakeholders, and leadership teams.

  • Organisation and Team Managers with reporting access in Ausmed Perform
  • Admins overseeing review cycles, compliance or people analytics

Accessing Reports

To run the Perform Task Report:

  1. Go to the top navigation menu and select Perform.

  2. Click Reports.

  3. Choose Perform Tasks from the list of available report types.


Filter Options

You can filter the report using a range of fields to tailor it to your needs:

  • User, Team, Job Role, Location, or Manager:
    Filter by individual or group to focus your analysis.

  • Review Cycle:
    Choose from the list of cycles you’ve created for your Organisation

  • Activity Type:
    Narrow down to specific task types like Self-Assessment or Meeting.

  • Date Range:
    View tasks by when they were:

    • Due (e.g., "Next 365 days", "Last 7 days")

    • Completed

    • Opened

    • Any custom date window


Understanding the Results

Once your filters are set, click Run Report. You'll see a table of tasks with key information:

Column

Description

Task Title

The name of the activity (e.g. Annual Review Meeting)

Type

Self-Assessment or Meeting

Status

Open, Completed, Overdue

User & Manager

Who the task was assigned to and who it's managed by

Dates

Open, Due, and Completion Dates

Tasks are automatically grouped by default into categories such as:

  • Review Cycle

  • Activity

  • User

  • Manager

  • Team

  • Location

  • Job Role

This makes it easy to answer questions like:

  • “Which tasks are still open under Manager X?”

  • “Which teams are falling behind on annual reviews?”

You can also click into specific tasks (if your permissions allow) to view their full content and any responses.



Tips

  • Permissions Matter: Your ability to view, open, or export certain data will depend on your assigned role.
  • Group Data Efficiently: Use the grouping options to quickly identify patterns—for example, overdue tasks by job role.
