How to Run a Feedback Report

Track all feedback given across your organisation, including sentiment and alignment to review cycles and standards.

The Feedback Report allows you to view all feedback given to staff during performance reviews, self-assessments, or one-on-one meetings. You can explore the content, tone, and source of feedback, then group it by key categories to understand how feedback is distributed across your organisation.
