How to search for competency assessment templates
- Click Competency in the top navigation bar of the manager portal. This will open the Assessment Templates page.
- Locate the search bar
- Type a keyword related to the competency you are looking for (e.g., "Basic Life Support").
- The list of competency assessments will automatically update based on your search term.
📌 Tip: Can’t access the Assessment Templates page? If you do not have access, you can request it directly from this page. Once approved for your organisation, any user with access to the manager portal can download and edit assessment templates.
How to apply filters to refine search results
- Click on the Show Filters button in the search bar.
- Select the relevant filters to refine your search:
- Related Aged Care Standards – Filter assessments based on the specific standards they align with.
- Related Professions – Select assessments relevant to specific roles or job titles.
- Related Settings – Choose workplace settings where the assessment applies, such as aged care, or home care.
- Click Apply to update the results.
- The list will automatically update to show only the templates matching your selected filters.
