How to download a Certificate in the Ausmed LMS

This will show you how you can download staff attained Certificates in the Ausmed LMS

Who does this article apply to?


Note: Staff are only able to attain a downloadable Certificate for Ausmed or Organisation Courses.

Other learning types such as: Articles, Weblinks, Explainers, Lectures etc. will not generate a Certificate.  

Note: In order for the Certificate Download feature to work properly, you'll need to enable pop-ups when prompted on your device

Please click Always Allow - otherwise the system won't be able to generate a Certificate for you.

 

In order to download a Certificate that has been attained by your Staff; you will need to:

  1. Login to the Ausmed LMS
  2. Click on Learning in the top menu
  3. On the left hand side menu, click Reports

  4. Certificates can be generated from a User Profile in their Learning Records section, Requirements Record Report or All Learning Records Report
  5. To download a Certificate from a User Profile - access a users profile through either the Administration section under Manage Users or by clicking a users Name on any of the various reports.
    1. After landing on the profile page - click on Learning Records

    2. You will see a list of records - simply click Download PDF Certificate on any applicable record
    3. A new tab will pop out with your generated Certificate
    4. You can download, save or print your Certificate as you see fit

  6. For a Requirements Record Report, click on Requirement Records
    1. Then select the appropriate report - for this example we'll use the All Mandatory (Compliance) Requirements Report
    2. Click on the button and then click Run Report after setting your parameters
    3. Once your Report has been run, you'll see a list of Records generated below
    4. Scroll all the way to the right and click the Learning Records button
    5. A modal will pop out on the right hand side.
      Under the Evidence heading, you'll see a Download PDF Certificate button
    6. Click the download button and a new tab will pop out with your generated Certificate
    7. You can download, save or print your Certificate as you see fit
  7. For the All Learning Records Report -  click on Learning Records and then All Learning Records Report
    1. Click Run Report after setting your parameters
    2. You'll see list of Records generated in the report - simply hover your mouse over the appropriate record you wish to download a Certificate for and click the Download PDF Certificate button
    3. A PDF certificate will be generated and you can download, save or print your Certificate as you see fit
