This article will show you how to delete a Manual Assignment in the Ausmed LMS
Who does this article apply to?
- Users with access to Ausmed's Learning Management System
This feature is only available via the Compliance Workroom and only for Manual Assignments
If you require deletion of training assigned via a Training Plan please contact Ausmed Support
Warning:
We are unable to reverse or undo deleting of Manual Assignments - please ensure you double check your selections before confirming the deletion process.
- Login to the Ausmed LMS
- Click Manage on the left hand side menu
- Click on Workroom
- Filter the source to show just Manual Assignments
- Your report will now be generated
- To delete a Manual Assignment - simply check the box next to the Item Title.
You can delete Manual Assigns one by one or in bulk by clicking on multiple check boxes - If you select a single requirement - a card modal will pop out on the left.
Simply click the actions button then click Delete Requirement - If multiple requirements are selected - you'll be able to click Actions on the top hand menu and then click Delete Requirements
- Deleting Manual Assignments can not not be reversed, so please ensure you double check your selection before deleting.
In order to minimise accidental deletions, you will be required to type in the word 'confirm' before the delete button can be enabled.
Type in 'confirm' and then click delete to finalise the deletion process
Note: Only Organisation Managers have the ability to delete Manual Assignments.
