How to use a template from the Training Plan Section

  1. Go to “Training Plans” under the Plan navigation item
  2. Click “Create Training Plan” 
  3. Select “Create with Template”
  4. Choose the template you wish to use
  5. Click “Use This Template” in the top right corner
  6. Select your training plan details.
  7. Enter the training plan details:
    1. Title - enter the name of the plan.
    2. (Optional) Description - enter a few sentences to describe the training plan to other users in the manager portal. 
  8. Select whether the training plan is mandatory or non-mandatory
    1. If selecting yes, choose whether the training plan should contribute to your user's compliance status
    2. If selecting no, skip to step 9.
  9. De-select any items you do not wish to include in your training plan
  10. Review and confirm the settings
    1. Be sure to select the correct job roles you want to complete the modules!
  11. Click Confirm and Add Template in the bottom right corner
  12. Be sure to review your organisation's individual training requirements against the templated activities and settings to make sure this training plan meets your needs.

How to use a template from the Templates section in the Library

  1. Go to the Templates navigation item in the Library product
  2. Choose the template you wish to use
  3. Click “Use This Template” in the top right corner
  4. Select your training plan details.
