Learn how to create a training plan using a training plan template

- Users with access to Ausmed's Learning Management System
- Users with Organisation Manager Permissions
How to use a template from the Training Plan Section
- Go to “Training Plans” under the Plan navigation item
- Click “Create Training Plan”
- Select “Create with Template”
- Choose the template you wish to use
- Click “Use This Template” in the top right corner
- Select your training plan details.
- Enter the training plan details:
- Title - enter the name of the plan.
- (Optional) Description - enter a few sentences to describe the training plan to other users in the manager portal.
- Select whether the training plan is mandatory or non-mandatory
- If selecting yes, choose whether the training plan should contribute to your user's compliance status
- If selecting no, skip to step 9.
- De-select any items you do not wish to include in your training plan
- Review and confirm the settings
- Be sure to select the correct job roles you want to complete the modules!
- Click Confirm and Add Template in the bottom right corner
- Be sure to review your organisation's individual training requirements against the templated activities and settings to make sure this training plan meets your needs.
