How to add Evidence or Notes to a Skipped Requirement

This article will show you how to add Evidence or Notes to a Skipped Requirement in the Ausmed LMS

Who does this article apply to?


Note: This new feature is only available for Skipped Requirements - we will be adding the ability to add Notes for Extensions at a later date.

  1. Login to the Ausmed LMS
  2. Click Manage on the left hand side menu
  3. Click on Workroom

  4. Filter the report as you see fit
  5. Your report will now be generated
  6. To select the Requirements you'd like to Skip - simply check the box next to the Item Title.

    You can skip Requirements one by one or in bulk by clicking on multiple check boxes
  7. If you select a single requirement - a card modal will pop out on the left.
    Simply click the actions button then click Mark As Skipped

8.  If multiple requirements are selected - you'll be able to click Actions on the top hand menu and then click Mark As Skipped

9. A confirmation modal will pop up listing the Requirements you are wanting to Skip.

10. Click the Attach Evidence button to add your evidence or note

11. Add your Evidence or Note and then click Mark As Skipped

12. Your Evidence or Note will be saved to the Requirement.

13. To access your Evidence or Notes - you can run a Requirements Report and select the Requirements you wish to access evidence or notes for

14. Or you can access Skipped Requirements directly through the User Profiles on the Requirement Status tab
