You can get started by reading our how-to guide: 🔗 Add a competency assessment.

2. If assessment outcomes have been recorded

As assessment outcomes are recorded through Ausmed Assess (see 🔗 How to assess a competency using Ausmed Assess), your dashboard will populate with tracking data, looking similar to this:

You will see:

  • Outcome Breakdown: A snapshot showing the total number of Competent vs. Not Yet Competent outcomes.

  • Trends Over Time: A graph displaying how these outcomes are changing over time.

  • Recent Not Yet Competent Outcomes: A list of any recently submitted Not Yet Competent outcomes, allowing for immediate follow-up.

Note: This list only displays a staff member's latest attempt if that specific attempt resulted in a Not Yet Competent outcome.
