How to access your dashboard
-
Enter your Organisation Code, Username, and Password to log in.
-
Click on the Competency tab in the top menu bar.
-
You will land directly on the Competency Dashboard. Depending on your setup progress, you will see one of two views described below.
What you're seeing
Depending on where you are in your set-up, your dashboard will display one of the following views:
1. A welcome message
❗ You may see references to "pilot" in the product — this is legacy language that will be updated soon and can be ignored
2. If assessment outcomes have been recorded
As assessment outcomes are recorded through Ausmed Assess (see 🔗 How to assess a competency using Ausmed Assess), your dashboard will populate with tracking data, looking similar to this:

You will see:
-
Outcome Breakdown: A snapshot showing the total number of Competent vs. Not Yet Competent outcomes.
-
Trends Over Time: A graph displaying how these outcomes are changing over time.
-
Recent Not Yet Competent Outcomes: A list of any recently submitted Not Yet Competent outcomes, allowing for immediate follow-up.
Note: This list only displays a staff member's latest attempt if that specific attempt resulted in a Not Yet Competent outcome.
