Introducing a new channel for product feedback.

At Ausmed, we value and encourage the feedback and ideas that come from our customers. Our team looks at feedback across many channels throughout the product cycle, and it truly helps Ausmed create better products.

To help gather your feedback, we've enabled a new feedback channel in the manager portal that allows you to submit product feedback at any time.

Have an idea? Noticed something that can be improved? Just submit your feedback directly to Ausmed's product team, through the manager portal. We can't promise your idea or feedback will be implemented, but we will read and consider each and every comment. 


How to give product feedback

Steps

  1. Click on the Give Feedback button  in the middle right of your screen anytime you're logged in to the manager portal.
  2. Click on the icon that best expresses your experience.
  3. Tell us more about your experience:
    1. What does your feedback relate to?
    2. What's good or bad about your experience? What ideas do you have?

      Note: Click on the below icon to take a screenshot to accompany your feedback.

  4. Click Send to submit your feedback.
  5. Enter your email address and click Send again if you would like to be contacted about your feedback. Otherwise, click Skip to close the widget.
