Event notifications — what's sent and when
Learn what email notifications are sent to staff, managers, and facilitators throughout an Event's lifecycle.

Staff notifications
| Notification | Sent when |
|---|---|
| Enrolment Confirmation | You self-enrol directly into an Event |
| Enrolment Confirmation | A manager enrols you directly into an Event |
| Enrolment Request Submitted | You request to enrol in an Event that requires manager approval |
| Enrolment Request Approved | Your manager approves your enrolment request |
| Enrolment Request Declined | Your manager declines your enrolment request (may include a reason) |
| Added to Waitlist | You try to enrol in a full Event and are added to the waitlist |
| Enrolled from Waitlist | A spot opens up and you're automatically moved from the waitlist into the Event |
| Removed from Event | A manager removes you from an Event you were enrolled in |
| Unenrolment Confirmation | You unenrol yourself, or withdraw a pending enrolment request |
| Event Reminder — 1 Week | Sent 7 days before the Event |
| Event Reminder — 24 Hours | Sent 24 hours before the Event |
| Attendance Recorded | Your attendance for the Event has been finalised |
| Event Cancelled | The Event you were enrolled in is cancelled |
Manager notifications
| Notification | Sent when |
|---|---|
| New Enrolment Request — Action Required | A staff member you manage submits an enrolment request that needs your approval |
| Event Below Minimum Enrolment | The enrolment cutoff date is reached and the Event hasn't met its minimum enrolment count |
| Attendance Confirmed | Attendance has been finalised and recorded for everyone in the Event (you own the Event) |
| Event Cancellation Confirmation | Confirms an Event you cancelled was successfully cancelled and enrolled staff were notified |
Facilitator notifications
| Notification | Sent when |
|---|---|
| Assigned as Facilitator | You're assigned to an Event, whether at creation or as a later reassignment |
| Event Details Updated | The Event's date, time, venue, or capacity changes. This doesn't fire for changes to the agenda or resources |
| Removed as Facilitator | You're removed or replaced as facilitator on an Event |
| Event Reminder — 1 Week | Sent 7 days before an Event you're facilitating |
| Event Reminder — 24 Hours | Sent 24 hours before an Event you're facilitating |
| Event Cancelled | An Event you're facilitating is cancelled |
