What is a review cycle?
A cycle is a schedule that determines when and to whom performance review activities will be assigned.
Each cycle includes:
- One or more activities (e.g., meetings, self-assessments)
- Rules for timing and enrolment
- Progress tracking and reporting features
Once a cycle is activated, Ausmed Perform automatically handles the assignment of tasks based on the cycle rules.
