Copy link to share an additional document in My Organisation

Learn how to copy a link to share an additional document in My Organisation.

Once you have published an additional document, you can directly refer staff to it by copying and sharing a link to it in My Organisation.


How to copy a link to share an additional document

  1. From the top navigation bar in the manager portal, go to Policies. 
  2. From the left-hand-side menu bar, go to Your Additional Documents Library.
  3. Hover over the row of the document you would like to copy a link for, click the drop-down menu icon , then click Copy Link to Share. 
  4. You should encounter a success message confirming the link has been copied to your clipboard: .
  5. Paste the link to whatever channel you would like to share it in.
