Ausmed values customer feedback and ideas, as it helps us improve our products and services over time. This article explains how to give feedback about your experience using our product and services, as well as our learning content. 


How to give product feedback 

Have an idea? Noticed something that can be improved? Just submit your feedback directly to Ausmed's product team, through the manager portal. We can't promise your idea or feedback will be implemented, but we read and consider each and every comment. 

Steps

  1. Click on the Give Feedback button located in the middle right of your screen anytime you're logged in to the manager portal.
  2. Click on the icon that best describes your experience: 
  3. Tell us about your experience:
    1. What does your feedback relate to?
    2. What's good or bad about your experience? What ideas do you have?

      Note: Click on the below icon to take a screenshot to accompany your feedback.

  4. Click Send to submit your feedback:
  5. Enter your email address and click Send again if you would like to be contacted about your feedback. Otherwise, click Skip to close the widget. 

How to give feedback about manager support 

Every time you contact manager support for assistance, you will receive a short survey to rate the service you received. 

The team reviews and replies to this survey on an ongoing basis to make improvements to internal processes and ensure that we help resolve your queries at the soonest possible time.
