How to add or remove Assessors so only the right people can assess

In this article:

Assessors need to be added to a competency before they can assess candidates against it in Ausmed Assess. You can add as many assessors from your organisation as needed and remove them at any time.

✅ Steps

Option 1: From the competency library

  1. Go to your Competency Library
  2. Hover over the competency assessment 
  3. Click Add/remove assessor
  4. Find and select the person you want to add, or deselect someone you want to remove
  5. Click Save

Option 2: From the competency details page

  1. Open the competency assessment from your Competency Library
  2. Navigate to the Assessors tab
  3. Select Add/remove assessor in the top right
  4. Find and select the person you want to add, or deselect someone you want to remove
  5. Select Save

Once saved, added Assessors will be able to search for the assessment in Ausmed Assess. Removed assessors will lose access immediately.

❗ If no assessors have been added to a competency assessment, no one will be able to assess it. You'll see an alert on your Competency Library when a published assessment has no assessors added.
